We are a pioneer in the water treatment business for almost 30 years. We are a fun loving company that enjoys solving customers' water-related problems. Currently, we are looking to add more staffs to help out in Customer Service Department. Enjoy the family atmosphere and get rewarded for responding and resolving customer problems over the phone.

Customer Service
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • - Accommodating customers' inquiries about water-related problems over the phone.
  • - Responding to customers' complains by evaluating cause of problems and assigning relevant staffs to remedy customers water-related problems .
  • - Supporting Sales and Technical departments.
  • - Support Customer Service manager to lower and resolve common customer complaints.
  • - Providing excellent customer service for repeat or referral purchasing

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Required skill(s): Good communication skills, people person and organized.
  • Preferred skill(s): Teamwork oriented, detail oriented, and determined.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. Relevant experience is a plus.
  • 2 Full-Time positions available.
  • Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • If applicants have prior working experience, applicants must include contact person(s) and number of previous employment for verification.
