Responsibilities:
* The incumbent will be responsible to support organization development through implementation of learning activities and performance management systems.
Requirements:
* Holding a minimum Bachelor Degree all education background with minimum GPA 2.75;
* Having minimum 3 years experiences in Human Resources;
* Fluent in English, both Oral and written;
* Computer literate;
* Having good HR technical skills, especially in training and performance management area;
